Como sobrevivente, vivo cada dia com gratid\u00e3o e responsabilidade: a de conscientizar. Cada segundo conta de verdade \u2014 e essa caminhada \u00e9 uma oportunidade poderosa de fazer com que esses segundos importem tamb\u00e9m na vida de outras pessoas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udc93 Por Que Esta Caminhada \u00c9 T\u00e3o Importante<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A Parada Carduaca S\u00fabita (Morte S\u00fabtia)<\/strong> continua tirando vidas todos os dias \u2014 muitas vezes sem qualquer aviso pr\u00e9vio. Essa manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 nossa voz coletiva dizendo \u00e0 na\u00e7\u00e3o: <em>basta!<\/em>Estamos pedindo a\u00e7\u00e3o urgente de legisladores, comunidades e indiv\u00edduos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ao caminhar do <strong>Monumento de Washington at\u00e9 o Capit\u00f3lio<\/strong>, e depois at\u00e9 a <strong>Casa Branca<\/strong>n\u00e3o estarei apenas como sobrevivente \u2014\nEstarei como m\u00e3e, esposa e defensora da vida.\nCaminharei pelos que sobreviveram, e pelos que n\u00e3o sobreviveram. Caminharei com a miss\u00e3o de <strong>ensinar RCP, homenagear vidas e exigir a\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udd4a Como Estou Me Preparando<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este ano, estarei presente n\u00e3o apenas como participante, mas tamb\u00e9m como <strong>embaixadora e patrocinadora com o movimento Heart of Hope.<\/strong>Meu livro, <em>Cora\u00e7\u00e3o de Esperan\u00e7a<\/em>, nasceu do pr\u00f3prio evento que quase tirou minha vida \u2014 e hoje vive como um farol de esperan\u00e7a para aqueles que est\u00e3o em processo de cura, luto ou em busca de respostas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estarei levando exemplares do livro, compartilhando minha hist\u00f3ria e oferecendo abra\u00e7os, esperan\u00e7a e encorajamento a todos que precisarem.
