Last weekend I passed the sash and crown to a new queen, and as I reflect on all the learning, honor and opportunities over the last 12 months, I couldn’t help but being extremely grateful and feeling blessed. Below is a transcript of my farewell speech and wishing all the best to my sister queen Ashley as she carries the torch. What do you think of it? Comment below…

“Tonight, as I stand here ready to pass on the crown, my heart is filled with immense gratitude and profound joy. This year as Mrs. Florida American 2024 has been an extraordinary chapter in my life—one that has forever changed me, empowered me, and connected me with so many inspiring souls.

First and foremost, I want to express my deepest appreciation to the Mrs. America Organization. You have given me the platform to share my story, to raise awareness for Sudden Cardiac Arrest, and to advocate for CPR education. You believed in me and allowed me to transform my pain into purpose, and for that, I will be eternally grateful.

To Noan Beauty, thank you for taking impeccable care of my skin, ensuring that I felt radiant and confident at every appearance. Your commitment to my beauty and well-being has been a true gift, and I am so grateful for your support.

To the Family Medicine Institute, your unwavering dedication to my health and wellness has been nothing short of exceptional. You have not only been a sponsor but a pillar of strength during my reign, making sure I was at my best—body, mind, and heart.

To Hugo Boss at the Mall at Millenia, thank you for dressing me in elegance and sophistication. Your partnership extended beyond the runway to meaningful causes, helping me raise funds for organizations close to my heart, such as the American Heart Association and Holding Hands. Together, we made an impact, and that is a memory I will cherish forever.

To my family, friends, and supporters—your love and encouragement have been the wind beneath my wings. You stood by me when life was uncertain and celebrated with me when victories were won. You are my greatest crown.

And finally, to the remarkable women who will wear this crown next, know that this title is more than a sparkly accessory. It is a torch of hope, a platform of purpose, and a journey of self-discovery. Shine brightly, stay true to yourself, and remember that the impact you make is the real legacy of this title.
